Corley Ranch Pumpkin Patch

With so many weekend activities this year we were really limited on time we could make a trip to the pumpkin patch.  We finally found a Sunday that no one had any activities so we marked the date to go.  As we got in the car to head to the pumpkin patch (oneI have been wanting to return to for years) we discovered it was CLOSED that day :(  The kids were dying to go to a pumpkin patch....any pumpkin patch, so we headed south to Corley Ranch.
I think this particular farm (one we have visited in the past) has just got a little less impressive every year.  We tried our hand at ropin' a bull,
and horse riding.  As real as it looks, it was fake so we didn't ride far.
Sadi liked feeding a few of the goats in the petting area.
We made it there just before the pig races which are always fun, but sadly only last about 30 seconds.
We took a hay ride that just went in a circle?   Not much of a ride, but who couldn't love this view.
The kids were excited to go to the corn maze next.  It really wasn't that big so there was no getting lost.  We were in and out in 15 minutes.  I thought it funny that some of the corn was so short you could completely see over the top of it (kinda took the mystery out of which way to turn).
We all did enjoy a game of miniature golf, which I'm pretty sure Matt cheated at.
The last thing we did was head to the pumpkin patch to find the perfect pumpkins.
There was a lot of inspecting going on to find just the right pick.
And I think we found the best two picks in the bunch!
