Two-thless

Last night we lost another tooth!!  It was way past due for tooth number two to come out...the new tooth was already in.  I bribed her with money, toys, whatever to pull it out so we didn't have to go have the dentist pull it.  Finally I found something to entice her...ice cream!  So after we pulled that little guy out, it was out for some ice cream (chocolate of course).  She was so satisfied she hasn't even asked about the tooth...did not even put it under her pillow last night (I guess she forgot as did I).  Who was disappointed this morning?  Sadi?  No.  Chase was beside himself that the tooth fairy did not come.  I'm pretty sure Chase will make sure that tooth makes it to the fairy tonight.

Unlucky again...

Once again we tried to catch us a Leprechaun, and once again that little man tricked us!!  Chase was sure this year he had the best trap.  It clearly stated what not to do..."Don't steal the gold"(hidden inside the Shamrock Saloon), "Don't go this way", and definitely "Don't climb the ladder".  

In the morning our floors were covered with clovers...the bedrooms, the hallways, and yes that little bugger took a pit stop in the bathroom and not only peed green, but left gold all over the seat!

 No Leprechaun in the trap, but he did leave a colorful treat with a note attached that read: 

Yer' trick was good,

The best by far..

But all ye be catchin'

Is a rainbow in a jar!! 

They were disappointed that he left no lucky charms...but then Daddy had to fess up and tell them that he heard something in the middle of the night so he got up to check, and he saw him..he saw the Leprechaun, and he almost caught him!  But he was too tricky and fast and got away.  He must have got startled and left in a hurry.  Their disappointment didn't last long, they had fun dividing up the rainbow. 

Next year we'll get him for sure!!
